Every time a DoT ticks, it should update the time to next tick based on your current Haste effects. Censure is retaining the time per tick determined when the first stack is applied. Thus if you can begin Censure with higher haste (such as pre-pot before boss engage) and keep Censure from ever falling off, your Censure will tick at this accellerated rate for the entire battle.</i>" As Lifeblood gives 240 additional haste, it looks quite appealing (and I assume there is no softcap to factor in as the more haste will juste make the proc faster?) It's however for me difficult to calculate the real impact from lifeblood and I have not checked yet if I should click it just at engage (depending how much time is needed to stack the 5 charges of SoT) or not. Maybe some of you already did some maths about it?
