I lost a massive load of festive chunk in the last two weeks and my muscle memory is starting to kick in. I am expecting my fat burning to taper off as my training progresses and I get closer to my average weight. As a good way to stay motivated you should take measurements of the following: Abdomen Arms Calf Chest Hip Neck Thigh The reason for this is as your bodyfat reduces and your muscle density and mass increases it can be confusing to step on the scales and see an increase in weight. With these measurements you will be able to see quite clearly that your progressing :-) Glad to hear your keeping up with things.
