Leveling will be a bit slower now, but with a Ret, it's still faster than just about any other class. If you're stuck at 27, have you finished all of Redridge, Wetlands, and Duskwood? All these zones took me from 21 to 32 or so. If you are stuck after these, then you may be forced to head over to Ashenvale in Kalimdor. Avoid this zone if you can help it, lots and lots of running around (wasted time imo), but the Exodar area in the NE corner of the zone is perfect for your current level!
