I never over-do them, just enough to keep getting my body used to doing more reps. Just a tip though, with the pullups, doing 5-7 every time you pass by isnt going to do much for your muscles, although it will build stamina. Ive been boxing for 6 years and one of the big things my trainer stresses on it not over working your body. Instead of doing 5-7 pullups every time you pass, do them occasionally. Maybe a set of 20-30 (or however many you can do) once or twice a night, and the evening before you go to bed doing as many as you can will help you alot. (sleep is a great time for your muscles to repair and fix from the stress). But other than that, keep it up man, ill be following your blogs :D Great to see more raiders getting fit XD

Main thing I have noticed is my energy level has gone way up. My interval training has become easier, allowing me to intensify the sprints. Thanks man! Good to see you’re seeing results, too! It's really surprising what only 3 weeks can do, I went for a drink with friends last night and it was comforting to see they had all noticed a change (my face is always first to show).
