If you are going to pvp, get your hit to 5.00. For raiding, get to 8.00. If your expertise is 26 (20 for pvp) when modified with seal of truth glyph, then reforge everything into mastery. Get CLCRet UI mod.

i am new to wow i have been playing for 3months and 1 day i have recently hit 85 i have the bloodied pyrium gear my ilvl is 349 and my specs are ret/prot and i am at 0.00% hit wat do i need to do now

I have noticed that the valor point legs (which are raid level) are not included in here. Where they not available at that time through the valor vendor?

Legplates still are BiS because of the larger amount of Strength. Strength difference here still weighs over all secondary stats. Reforge the haste to your most needed stat.

Also, all my DPS rankings are based on the assumption of zero hit rating and zero expertise. Since these are loaded with hit, it skyrockets them in value for those under the hit cap.

If you had the legs and were still over the hit cap, you would then reforge the hit to your most needed stat.

So i got the corefire legplates today , but i was wondering since 4.0.6 made haste our worst stat , is it still BiS? :S

I know this is probably taboo, but I’ve been running with the tanking legs from Earthen Ring – Honored because of the two gem slots. Stone-Wrapped Greaves. iLevel 333, with 248 STR. Add 80 STR for the gem slots and that puts it up between 3 and 4 from what I can tell. Granted, it has wasted dodge and parry that you can only reforge to 63 of your needed stat (hit in my case), but seems to me that the extra STR far outweighs these deficiencies. I’d love to hear feedback on why we shouldn’t just hold on to those legs until we get one of the top 3, because I’m trying to max dps as best I can and if I’m missing something, I certainly would love to know!

Got the corefire legplates today, but I’ve swapped from ret to holy for M/S in cata since I couldn’t be bothered with the queues and stuff.

Sold em for 15k on dreadmaul :>
